A small field on purpose.
This launch event is designed for a maximum of 12 players across three courts. The limited field keeps the format organized, protects match volume, and gives HTV room to execute the first event well.

REGISTRATION & POLICIES
Simple rules. Clear expectations.
Limited-capacity events work best when everyone knows how spots, cancellations, and the waitlist are handled.

First come, first registered.
Once registration opens, paid registrations secure the available spots until the field is full.

Waitlist moves quickly.
If a spot opens, the next player contacted from the waitlist must respond and complete payment to secure it.

More than 24 hours: refund.
Cancellations received more than 24 hours before the event are eligible for a refund.
04
Inside 24 hours: no refund.
Late cancellations are not refundable because replacing a player in a limited field becomes difficult.
